A nutritionist with a unique and holistic view on health and well being

Katie Holder, CEDS, RDN, LDN, has over ten years of experience as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and is Board Certified as an Eating Disorder Specialist (CED-S).

Katie has experience working with individuals across the life spectrum, from early childhood feeding to end of life care. She helps clients who struggle with all forms of disordered eating, including ARFID.

Katie can help with any family feeding challenge, and has extensive experience working with picky eaters. In addition to tackling challenges at the dinner table, Katie is experienced working with individuals who struggle with Cyclical Vomiting Syndrome, Abdominal Migraines, Food Allergies, PCOS, and the MTHFR Gene mutation.

Katie is also able to provide Clinical Supervision to other Nutrition Professionals who are hoping to grow and expand their knowledge and experience, working with Eating Disorders.

Katie is a wife to Jeff and mom to seven awesome children. She loves to read, garden, can, and spend time with her brood. She is passionate about promoting God’s message of the inherent beauty and dignity of the created body, while helping her clients heal physically, spiritually, and emotionally from disordered eating.

It is Katie’s mission to fight against the messages promoted by our current dieting world, with the hope to fortify the family unit and the individual.
